Dear Rutledge Hall Families,
I am elated to begin my third year in the principalship and first year with Lincolnwood School District 74 as the principal of Rutledge Hall! I am looking forward to meeting and getting to know of our wonderful students, families and community partners, while immersing myself in all the wonderful traditions that make Rutledge Hall a special place within our wonderful school district for students, staff and family members!
This past school year closed out my 14th year serving in the public school setting. I began as a middle school math teacher in Prospect Heights. As school leadership became a greater focus of mine, I transitioned into the role of instructional coach. It was in this role that I developed a vision for school leadership that led me right onto the path of school administration. I began my career in school administration as an assistant principal at the middle school level for two years in Round Lake. Most recently, I was the Principal of Pennoyer School, and this journey has humbly brought me to Lincolnwood District 74! My journey has been filled with learning experiences, professional development and growth opportunities that I believe have prepared me to successfully serve the Lincolnwood Community as Principal of Rutledge Hall School.
It is an exciting and humbling opportunity to be a part of and serve the community as the principal of Rutledge hall. I look forward to our future collaborations and being a part of the amazing work of Lincolnwood District 74!
