Ms. Lora Rainey

Welcome to Fourth Grade! My name is Lora Rainey. This is my 25th year teaching at Rutledge Hall.

I hold the following degrees and certifications:

• B.S. in Elementary Education from Northeastern Illinois University

• EL Endorsement from National-Louis University

• M.A. in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University 

• M.A. in Reading (Reading Specialist) from Concordia University

• M.A. in Literacy from Judson University
