Mr. Chris Smith

Welcome to third grade! My name is Mr. Smith. This is my 15th year teaching at Rutledge Hall, and my 20th year teaching overall.

I hold the following degrees and certifications:

• B.A. (History/Civics Secondary Education) - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign 2003
• M.Ed. (Learning Behavior Specialist) - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign 2005
• M.Ed. (General Administrative) - North Park University 2013
• EL Endorsement - North Park University 2018

Born and raised in rural central Illinois, I live in Chicago with my wife and four children, ages 4 to 14. From stay-cations to vacations, my family and I love to travel and experience new things.
