I'm very excited to be working as the instructional coach at Todd Hall. I began my career as an elementary teacher in Paw Paw, Michigan. When I had the opportunity to be part of a library grant at Dominican University, I moved to Chicago. I worked as a library media specialist for Chicago Public Schools, as well as Shanghai American School, for 12 years. I completed my undergraduate degree in elementary education at Western Michigan University and earned three master's degrees: an Education Specialist in Education Leadership from National Louis University, a Master of Arts in Library and Information Sciences from Dominican University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from Nova Southeastern University.
I am Nationally Board Certified and I love children's literature and integrating technology into lessons at Todd Hall. In my free time, I like to run, bike, and do things outdoors. When it's cold outside, I like to find a good book and a cozy spot and get lost in adventures.
