Jennifer Ballema

 

Welcome to GATE and Accelerated Math! My name is Mrs. Ballema.

 

This is my tenth year teaching at Lincoln Hall, and my 18th year teaching overall. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics Education from DePaul University.

 

A little about me … This is my second career; I was a Cost Accountant for a short two years. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but have lived in the Chicagoland area for 21 years. I taught high school in Chicago Public Schools for eight years before coming to Lincolnwood. I love spending time with my family, caring for my animals, watching and playing sports, gardening, and teaching math. I look forward to spending this year together!
