¡Hola! I have been teaching Spanish at Lincoln Hall for 21 years. I believe that learning another language is like a superpower that can transform your world! I have traveled to España, la República Dominicana, y México for leisure and built houses with Habitat for Humanity in Guatemala, Honduras, Bolivia, and Alaska. I recently received a teacher of the year award from the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese and have presented at local, national, and international conferences.

I hold a bachelor's degree in education from NEIU; a master's degree in curriculum and instruction, and Type 75, from Concordia University; and an ELL endorsement from NLU.

After school, I love to help students find and cultivate their passions. I work with STAR, the Multicultural Club, the Variety Show, and coach soccer. In my free time, I love hiking, crafting, baking, and playing board games.

¡Se siente el momento!
