Carly DeNoi

Hello! My name is Mrs. DeNoi! I am thrilled to be a member of the SD74 family and have an opportunity to interact with you all throughout the upcoming school year. I am a proud school social worker at Lincoln Hall (supporting sixth through eighth graders). This is my sixth year at Lincoln Hall and my thirteenth year as a social worker. I completed my practicum in a kindergarten through eighth grade setting. I was a social worker in a high school for one year. I was also a social worker in a middle school for six years before coming to Lincoln Hall.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Social Work with a concentration in School Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I love spending quality time with my family, friends, wife, two daughters, and two dogs! I enjoy traveling and gardening. I am a HUGE animal lover and will happily chat about poodles and shih tzus all day long!

I am incredibly passionate about the field of social work and the significant outlet that it provides for individuals in need. My hope is to empower and advocate for students and parents and assist them in finding their voice and focus on enhancing the social and emotional well-being of each and every individual at Lincoln Hall. I am interested in creating a safe and comfortable environment where students can thrive and flourish. In doing so, I hope to work with students during various settings to provide them with opportunities to integrate the tools and skills that we review in real-life scenarios.

If you ever have a question or information that you need to address, please know that I am only a phone call/email away. I am excited to work as a team to ensure that we are creating the most positive and successful educational experiences for the SD74 community!
