Kathleen Han

 

Welcome to fifth grade! My name is Mrs. Han. This is my 15th year teaching at Rutledge Hall, and my 23rd year teaching overall.  

 

I hold a bachelor's degree in the field of interior design from Harrington Institute of Interior Design and an Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from National Louis University. I have the following certifications: K-9 elementary education license, gifted education teacher for elementary, and gifted education teacher for middle school; and have middle school endorsements in art, math, language arts, general science, and social science.

 

Born in Seoul, South Korea, I arrived in the U.S. at the age of eight. My childhood ambition was clear -- to become a teacher and an artist. With gratitude, I can proudly say that I am living my childhood dream. I look forward to working with all of you!
