Hello! My name is Theresa Hill, and I’m excited to begin the year as the second and third grade social worker at both Todd Hall and Rutledge Hall. This year marks my fourth year as a school social worker and my first year in Lincolnwood School District 74. I'm looking forward to working with our wonderful students, families, and staff!

As the school social worker, I support students by:

  • Meeting individually or in small groups to address areas like problem-solving, coping strategies, friendship skills, and other personal or social concerns that may impact school success
  • Collaborating with parents, educators, and outside providers to support students' needs
  • Connecting families with helpful community or outside resources

I hold bachelor’s degrees in social work and Spanish, as well as a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, snowboarding, and spending time with my family. Please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or phone with any questions or concerns.
