Hi! My name is Ms. McGowan and I teach fourth grade at Rutledge Hall. This is my first year at Rutledge Hall, but my fourth year of teaching overall. 
 
I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Bradley University. I also earned my ESL and middle school language arts endorsements.
 
I am thrilled to be working in District 74 and I am looking forward to a fantastic year!
