Distinguished Alumni Award
The Lincolnwood School District 74 Distinguished Alumni Award honors alumni who have contributed to the world with a variety of talents in the fields of athletics, business, communications, community service/philanthropy, education, entertainment, fine arts, government, marketing, media, medicine, law, science, and more.

To submit a nomination for the Distinguished Alumni Award, complete this form.
Please note: Nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis and recipients may not necessarily be chosen annually.
Nominees must:

Be a graduate of Lincoln Hall Middle School.

Have had at least five years' commitment to an outstanding career or service area, resulting in a direct and significant impact within their field or the community.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership, character, and service to the community.

Have school and career records that reflect the values of Lincolnwood School District 74 and its commitment to inspiring the community.
When chosen, award recipients are honored with a reception and their names are added to the Distinguished Alumni Wall, a permanent display near the Lincoln Hall Auditorium.
