Mrs. Mallory Weiss

After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor's in elementary education, I worked in Chicago Public Schools for two years before transitioning to Lincoln Hall. My teaching career includes teaching sixth, seventh, and eighth grade reading, writing, and social studies. My job is to prepare students for utilizing writing in high school and beyond. I love showing students how to engage with history and connect with the present!

Outside of school, I love to spend time with friends and family, travel, and explore the outdoors. There will always be photos around the classroom of my sweet pup, Bailey. I was also very excited to further my education and spread my knowledge by attending National Louis University for graduate school. As we know, it does not matter how old or young you are, learning never ends! I received my master's in education with a focus on teaching, learning, and assessment.
