Welcome to 3rd Grade! My name is Julie Hammel and this will be my third year teaching 3rd grade at Rutledge Hall, but my 26th year teaching overall.  I taught 2nd grade for 18 years at Todd Hall so I know exactly where to start with my incoming third graders! I look forward to getting to know you and your shining star!
