Dr. Irina Jermihov

Music brings out the beauty of every person! Music makes us more alive and connected! Music transcends all boundaries!

This is why we make music, and this is why we make music in Todd Hall! We sing, we play instruments, we dance, we listen, and we improvise.

My name is Dr. J, and this is my 24th year of teaching at Todd Hall. I am thrilled to teach and explore the rich world of music with your children.

I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Music from the St. Petersburg Conservatory and my Doctoral Degree in Music from Northwestern University School of Music.

During my free time, I love being with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading books, listening to music, dancing, traveling, cycling, playing board games, hiking, and learning new things.
