Mrs. Jennifer Tunelius

Welcome to Reading Intervention! My name is Mrs. Tunelius.

This is my 33rd year of teaching in Lincolnwood! I taught Language Arts/Reading at Lincoln Hall for 15 years and this will be my 18th year as the reading intervention teacher at Rutledge Hall.

I hold the following degrees and certifications:

• B.A. in Elementary Education from University of Iowa (Go Hawks!)

• M.A. in Interdisciplinary Teaching and Instruction from National-Louis University

• M.S. in Reading Specialization from Concordia University

 I was born and raised in Illinois. My favorite book growing up was "Alexander and the Terrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" by Judith Viorst. When I taught at Lincoln Hall my favorite books to teach were "And Then There Were None" by Agatha Christie and "The Giver" by Lois Lowry.
