Mrs. Jennifer Ballema

Welcome to GATE and Accelerated Math!  My name is Mrs. Ballema.

This is my tenth year teaching at Lincoln Hall, and my 18th year teaching overall.

I hold the following degrees and certifications:

• B.S. in Business/Accounting, Michigan State University

• M.A. in Mathematics Education,  DePaul University

A little about me …

This is my second career; I was a Cost Accountant for a short two years. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but have lived in the Chicagoland area for 21 years. I taught high school in Chicago Public Schools for eight years before coming to Lincolnwood. I love spending time with my family, caring for my animals, watching and playing sports, gardening, and teaching math.   

I look forward to spending this year together!
