Mr. Pratt

I am so excited to be working with your students as the STEM teacher at Rutledge Hall.  This is my fourth year in the Lincolnwood School District, this is my thirteenth overall year of teaching.  I was a second grade teacher for 6 years, and have taught STEM for the past 6 years.  I love spending time outside swimming, hiking, or just relaxing with my wife and two kids.  I am looking forward to teaching your students how to solve problems and collaborate like scientists and engineers through the use of the Project Lead the Way Launch program.  Please see the "My Classroom" page for updates.

I have three main goals for your students this year in STEM:

1.Become better problem solvers by using the Engineering Design Process.

2. Positively collaborate with groups in order to develop the best solution for the group in to become better teammates.

3. Take risks!

Please feel free to contact me throughout the year with questions, concerns, or ideas.  I look forward to hearing from you.
