    PHASE III

     

    Locker Rooms & West Gymnasium
    • Demolition of the boys and girls locker room is complete.
    • West Gym floor is protected and existing bleachers have been removed.
    • Corridor demolition surrounding the West Gym is complete.
    • Stairs at Door 1 have been removed and the entrance has been closed during construction.
    • New steel stair with concrete pan fill in complete. Railings are underway.

    • Roof top unit curb is set and flashed by the roofer
    • Masonry wall restoration is underway and new wall construction has begun.
    • Demolition is complete.
    • Gas and electrical roof piping has been removed and to be reinstalled upon new roof completion.
    • Existing roof membrance has been removed. New roof installation is complete, lesson stoning and perimeter metal coping/flashing.
