Rutledge Hall Elementary School, located in Lincolnwood, serves approximately 400 students in grades 3-5. Our mission is to enable students to become productive, creative, and responsible life-long learners who are able to assume an active role within the community, the country and the world. Rutledge Hall School uses a whole child approach in addressing the academic, physical, and social-emotional needs of its students. Differentiated instruction, enriched by technology and the arts, helps our students demonstrate academic excellence. Our learning extends to our staff members who are life-long learners that participate in ongoing professional development, academic coursework, and collaborative planning.
Our district Posititve Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) system, provides a common language and consistent framework for teaching the social-emotional competencies that promote academic and life-long success. Social responsibility is taught by engaging students in a variety of community and service learning projects throughout the year.
Our success would not be possible without the support of our community, our families, and our PTA. The PTA provides service to our school in the form of enrichment, fundraising, and fellowship. Please call our front office for any questions you may have regarding our school.
