Welcome to the Rutledge Hall website!
Rutledge Hall Elementary School, located in Lincolnwood, serves approximately 400 students in grades 3-5. The Lincolnwood Elementary School District 74 mission is to build a community of learning that inspires curiosity, compassion and actively engaged students striving for excellence.
Rutledge Hall School uses a whole child approach in addressing the academic, physical, and social-emotional needs of its students. Differentiated instruction, enriched by technology and the arts, helps students demonstrate academic excellence. Learning opportunities also extend to staff members who are life-long learners that participate in ongoing professional development, academic coursework, and collaborative planning.
The school and district-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) system, provides a common language and consistent framework for teaching the social-emotional competencies that promote academic and life-long success. At Rutledge Hall, students and staff communicate common expectations using the T.R.A.C.K. guide to help Take Responsibility and Choose Kindness. Social responsibility is taught by engaging students in a variety of community and service learning projects throughout the year.
The success of Rutledge Hall would not be possible without the support of the community, families, and District 74 PTA. The PTA provides services to the school in the form of enrichment, fundraising, and fellowship. Please call the Rutledge Hall Main Office for additional information regarding Rutledge Hall Elementary School.
