Register for the 2026-2027 School Year

Note: Registration is not complete until the online registration form is submitted for each student, residency documents are submitted, and school fees are paid.

Families who complete registration by May 8 will receive a $20 lunch credit per registered student for the 2026-2027 school year.

Complete registration by Aug. 1, 2026 to avoid incurring a $25 late fee per student.

Re-Registration for Returning Students

When registration opens, families will receive an email from Lincolnwood School District 74 with a link leading directly to the District's online re-registration portal and students' individual snapcodes. If you do not see this email after registration opens, please check your spam or junk folders. You may contact your child's school if you would like to request a second email. You will need the snapcode to begin re-registration.

Important Fee Details

There is a $20 Early Registration Incentive in the form of a lunch credit given to each Kindergarten through eighth grade student who is completely re-registered by May 9, 2025, with full payment submitted. Re-registration must be complete, meaning all required paperwork has been submitted and approved, along with full fee payment.

There will be a $25 Late Registration Fee applied to the account for each student beginning August 1, 2025.

REQUIRED HEALTH FORMS

Certificate of Child Health Examination: You will need a doctor’s physical and up-to-date immunizations. A lead screening or blood test and a diabetes screening must be indicated on this form.
Childhood Lead Risk Assessment Questionnaire: If you respond “yes” or “don’t know” on this form, your child’s doctor must perform a blood lead test.

Todd Hall K-2 Registration - $160
Rutledge Hall 3-5 Registration - $160
Lincoln Hall 6-7 Registration - $260
Lincoln Hall 8 Registration (includes $50 graduation fee) - $310
Registration late fee (After Aug. 1) - $25 per student
Lincoln Hall PE uniform - $8 shirt (required), $9 shorts (required), $18 sweatpants (optional)
School lunch - $3 per lunch (Current, through June 9, 2026); $3.40 per lunch ('26-'27 school year)
Grades 4-8 Band/Orchestra (optional) - $50

School Supply Lists

Proof of Residency

Lincolnwood students must reside within the District's boundaries. To complete the registration process, proper documentation is required to prove you are a resident of Lincolnwood. Please select your residency status below to view the required documents.

Homeowner

Original documents will be inspected, photocopied, and returned.

Real estate tax bill with proof of payment or closing statement
Driver’s license or state ID showing Lincolnwood address
Two of the following:
- Utility bill (gas, electric, or water)
- Voter registration card
- Homeowner insurance certificate
- Illinois vehicle registration

Valid original lease with the landlord's phone number
Proof of two months' payments
Driver’s license or state ID showing Lincolnwood address
Two of the following:
- Utility bill (gas, electric, or water)

- Renter insurance certificate
- Illinois vehicle registration
