Lincoln Hall

It is an honor to begin my eighth year as part of the Lincoln Hall family and my fifth year serving as principal. Every school year brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen the incredible community that makes Lincoln Hall such a special place.

At Lincoln Hall, our mission extends far beyond academics. We are committed to developing confident, compassionate, and capable young people who are prepared to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Everything we do is grounded in our J.A.G.U.A.R. MINDSET—Jaguars Aiming for Growth, Understanding, and Respect. These three values shape our culture, guide our decisions, and define what it means to be a Lincoln Hall Jaguar.

Growth means embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, and striving to become a little better every day. We encourage every student to set ambitious goals, think critically, and develop the resilience needed to overcome obstacles. Through engaging instruction, extracurricular opportunities, and meaningful relationships, we empower students to discover their passions and reach their full potential.

Understanding is about recognizing and appreciating the unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives that each individual brings to our school community. We believe that a welcoming and inclusive environment allows every student to feel seen, valued, and supported. By fostering empathy and encouraging meaningful connections, we help students develop the character and social-emotional skills they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Respect serves as the foundation of our school culture. Through our PATH expectations, students learn the importance of treating themselves, others, and our community with kindness, integrity, and responsibility. Respect is reflected not only in our words, but in our actions, our relationships, and our commitment to creating a safe and positive learning environment for everyone.

I am incredibly proud of the dedicated staff, supportive families, and engaged students who make Lincoln Hall an exceptional place to learn and grow. Together, we are committed to ensuring that every student feels challenged, connected, and empowered to achieve success.
